I am so grateful I found you. I cannot rate highly enough the service and the expert knowledge I received from Liz. She spent literally hours with me on the phone going through the different products and advised me accordingly. My dog was very poorly at the time (we almost lost her) and I couldn't get her 'bounce' back. Within a week of being on the new feed and with Liz's guidance, we could see a difference and within a month, we had our old dog back. I had a litter of 11 puppies that I hand reared due to the mother being so ill therefore the weaning was a sensitive stage. The puppies have thrived with Liz's nutritional advice and I LOVE the products you stock. I will be recommending you to everyone. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us.
