I called in today after a recommendation from a friend. My 2 year old lab has been off her food and is extremely over active. Liz spent at least half an hour with me discussing food, treats, training etc and even shut the shop for 10 minutes whilst we walked my lab with her dogs, which my dog loved! Unbelievable service, which you do not get at a big chain (mentioning no names!) Will not go anywhere else now. Thank you so much
