I have been going to Grovely Pets for about 4-5 months now and just wanted to comment on how fantastic they are.
I always "pop" in to buy my dog food and end up spending much longer there than I intended as they are so friendly and informative.
Not only that but when you buy on line the service is first class. Prompt and efficient.
As a Customer Services Manager I deal with companies every day that really don't know the meaning of the words "Customer Service". This is definitely not the case with Grovely Pets their Customer Service is absolutely excellent. Thank you to everyone for making "dog food" shopping such a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
