We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 in value Nationwide. Delivery for orders under this value, we offer two delivery options which can be selected at check out.
Under 2kg will cost £2.99 and will be sent second class via Royal Mail.
Upto 25kg will cost just £6.99 and will be delivered by Courier.
We are pleased to offer all of our local customers a free local delivery service on all orders over £30. This service is carried out by our own team, in our own vans and is considered to be a 25 mile radius of Totton (postcode SO40 3LW) which includes our Brockenhurst shop customers or a 10 mile radius of our Alton store (postcode GU34 4BH) - please contact us directly to check that you are in the catchment area if you are unsure.
Free local delivery is carried out in each area once per week on designated delivery days with a cut off of 1600 the previous day to your allocated delivery day. We do offer a free subscription service so you don't have to plan your food and treat requirements it is all done automatically for you, and you will be notified two days before your delivery is due should you wish to amend/cancel.
This service is done inhouse, therefore we reserve the right that days are subject to change due to staff holidays/sickness. Please contact 01590 633212 if you are on Wednesday delivery round or 01420 549697 for the Thursday delivery round if you have any queries. If you have missed the delivery day, then you can either top your order up to £50 or a delivery charge will be applied.

Thursday delivery area's are:-
Redbridge, Shirley, Southampton, Thornhill, Eastleigh, Bishops Waltham, Upham, Alresford, Alton, Farnham, Four Marks, Medstead, Beech, Lasham, Bentworth, Farringdon, Holybourne, Bentley, Herriard,Twyford, Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Whiteley, Wickham, Droxford, Burseldon, Hamble, Hedge End, Lee-on-Solent, Fareham, Gosport, Alverstoke and all local surrounding areas.
Click and Collect from Bay Leaves Larder in Chandlers Ford will be a Thursday and a Message will be sent after we have delivered the goods there.
Please note, expected value of delivery should be in excess of £30 to qualify for free delivery in these areas.
If you live outside this area, your package will be delivered within 48hrs (or the Monday if ordered on Friday) by courier.

Q: Do you deliver Frozen Pet Food?A: We deliver frozen food free on the local delivery round with a minimum order value of £30. If you require posted frozen foods, then a charge of £6.99 will apply and will be delivered at your own risk.
Q: Will my purchase be affected in the event of Royal Mail Postal Strikes?
A: Our pet food deliveries are unaffected by the Royal Mail Postal Strikes as our product deliveries are made by a courier or by ourselves in the local vacinity, Unless using the second class delivery option.
Q: What happens if my delivery is damaged or items are missing?
A: If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to Grovely Pet Supplies Ltd on 01420 549697 or 01590 633212 within 2 working days from the date of delivery, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.
Q: What do I do if I have placed an order over the web and I would like to change it?
A: Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding your order if it is being couriered please phone our Alton Store on 01420 549697 or if posted Second Class mail then phone our Brockenhurst store 01590 633212 before proceeding to the checkout.
Q: What do I do if I have run out of food and would like to fast track my order?
A: We will try to accommodate you as far as is possible. Please contact the Alton Store for Couriered parcles on 01420 549697 or Brockenhurst Store for 2nd Class postage 01590 633212 rather than ordering online.
Q: What is the delivery charge on my order?
A: All couriered deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order. This is up to 25kg in weight of products. If you order exceeds this, please contact the Alton store on 01420 549697. We do offer a 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery service for £2.99 on orders that weigh 1.9kg.
Q: I live outside of the Mainland UK in the Scottish Highlands or abroad, how can I obtain Grovely Pet Supplies products?
A: Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver via mail order to these areas. But we welcome our overseas customer, so please contact the office on 01420 549697 for further information and alternative courier/shipping options.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order within three working days?
A: If you are having issues with the tracking service offered by our courier then please contact the Alton store on 01420 549697. If you are awaiting 2nd Class post out then please contact our team in our Brockenhurst store 01590 633212. Please ensure that you phone the team on the third day as this would allow our team to locate your order and deal with your request.
Q: What happens if I don’t leave any ‘leave instructions’?
A: If you do not leave any delivery instructions for us, our courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day. If you are having a local delivery we will endevour to find a secure site in your garden area to leave your order.
