We offer a free couriered delivery service on all orders over £50 in value Nationwide and for smaller orders we offer the Royal Mail second class. These delivery options can be selected at checkout. They are:
Whilst we will endeavor to offer a next day couriered service, we are reliant on the couriers that we use to be able to deliver. All orders that are dispatched Mon - Thurs will be delivered next day. All orders received on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday, and all orders received over the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore out for delivery on the Tuesday.
Should you require a Saturday delivery, this can be accommodated at a small extra charge. This can be worked out by our team and payment taken over the phone.
Please note there are items that are clearly marked "for click and collect only" - couriered orders containing these items, are subject to additonal delivery charges. Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order. Refunds for "mistaken" orders due to not noting these conditions will be subject to a £5 refund charge.

Q: Do you deliver Frozen Pet Food?
A: THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We deliver frozen food on an overnight service by courier for a charge of £6.99. We will not post out frozen food on orders placed on a Friday, as we do not offer a Saturday delivery service.
Q: Will my purchase be affected in the event of Royal Mail Postal Strikes?
A: Our pet food deliveries are only affected by the Royal Mail Postal Strikes if you have chosen to use the 2nd class mail service.
Q: What happens if my delivery is damaged or items are missing?
A: If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to Grovely Pets within 2 working days from the date of delivery, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.
Q: What do I do if I have placed an order over the web and I would like to change it?
A: Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed unless you contact us immediately using the central phone number.
Q: What do I do if I have run out of food and would like to fast track my order?
A: We will try to accommodate you as far as is possible and as we offer a next day delivery service, we hope that this will help you out. But you can also sign up to our empty bowl (repeat) subscription service, which will ensure you never run out of food again.
Q: What is the delivery charge on my order?
A: All couriered deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order on orders under £50 for products weighing up to 25kg. If you order exceeds this, please contact us. We also offer a 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery service for £2.99 on orders that weigh up to 1.9kg.
Q: I live outside of the Mainland UK in the Scottish Highlands or abroad, how can I obtain Grovely Pets products?
A: Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver via mail order to these areas. But we welcome our overseas customer, so please contact our Alton store on 01420 549697 for further information and alternative courier/shipping options.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order within three working days?
A: If you are having issues with the tracking service offered by our courier then please contact the Alton store on 01420 549697. Please do not use the FB messenger, as this is not monitored 24 hrs.
Q: What happens if I don’t leave any ‘leave instructions’?
A: If you do not leave any delivery instructions for us, our courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day.
