We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 in value Nationwide. Delivery for orders under this value, we offer two delivery options which can be selected at check out.
Under 2kg will cost £2.99 and will be sent second class via Royal Mail.
Upto 25kg will cost just £6.99 and will be delivered by Courier.
Our Free Local delivery service is carried out by our own team, is considered to be a 25 mile radius of Totton (postcode SO40 3LW) or a 5 mile radius of our Alton store (postcode GU34 4BH) - please contact us directly to check that you are in the catchment area if you are unsure.
Free local delivery is carried out in each area once per week and we offer a free subscription service so you don't have to plan your food and treat requirements it is all done automatically for you.
Because this is done by our staff, the days are subject to change due to staff holidays/sickness. Please contact 01420 490697 if you have any queries. If you have missed the delivery day, then you can either top your order up to £50 or a delivery charge will be applied.
Wednesday Delivery area's are:-
Totton, Marchwood, Hythe, Blackfield, Beaulieu, Lymington, Milford on Sea, New Milton, Christchurch, Burley, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Downton, Salisbury, Wellow, Canada Common, Brook, Cadnam and all local surrounding areas.
Thursday delivery area's are:-
Redbridge, Shirley, Southampton, Thornhill, Eastleigh, Bishops Waltham, Upham, Alresford, Twyford, Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Romsey, Kings Somborne, Stockbridge and all local surrounding areas.
Friday Delivery Area's are:-
Alton, Farnham, Four Marks, Medstead, Beech, Lasham, Bentworth, Farringdon, Holybourne, Bentley, Herriard, and all local surrounding areas.
Whiteley, Wickham, Droxford, Burseldon, Hamble, Hedge End, Lee-on-Solent, Fareham, Gosport, Alverstoke
Please note, expected value of delivery should be in excess of £15 to qualify for free delivery in these areas.
Currently we are not able to offer a Basingstoke delivery, however this may change in the future.

Q: Will my purchase be affected in the event of Royal Mail Postal Strikes?
A: Our pet food deliveries are unaffected by the Royal Mail Postal Strikes as our product deliveries are made by a courier or by ourselves in the local vacinity, Unless using the second class delivery option.
Q: What happens if my delivery is damaged or items are missing?
A: If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to Grovely Pet Supplies Ltd on 01420 549697 within 3 working days from the date of delivery, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected. Unfortunately if you request that the delivery is left without a signature then we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages.
Q: What do I do if I have placed an order over the web and I would like to change it?
A: Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding our foods or your order, please phone the office on 01420 549697 before proceeding to the checkout.
Q: What do I do if I have run out of food and would like to fast track my order?
A: We will try to accommodate you as far as is possible. Please contact the office on 01420 549697 rather than ordering online.
Q: What is the delivery charge on my order?
A: All couriered deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order. This is up to 25kg in weight of products. If you order exceeds this, please contact the office on 01420 549697.
Q: I live outside of the Mainland UK in the Scottish Highlands or abroad, how can I obtain Grovely Pet Supplies products?
A: Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver via mail order to these areas. But we welcome our overseas customer, so please contact the office on 01420 549697 for further information and alternative courier/shipping options.
Q: What happens if I don’t receive my order within three working days?
A: If this is the case, please contact the sales team on 01420 549697. Please ensure that you phone the team on the third day as this would allow our team to locate your order and deal with your request.
Q: What happens if I don’t leave any ‘leave instructions’?
A: If you do not leave any delivery instructions for us, our courier will leave a card for you to contact them directly to rearrange an alternative delivery day.
Q: Do you deliver Frozen Pet Food?A: We only deliver frozen food on the local delivery round. We do NOT post it
